I think my other IF for this week was too serious.

  1. I showed this to my daughter and said, 'Honey, what do you think of this picture?'

Her response, 'Aw, poor little teddy bear!'

  3. Oh poor Teddy - he does seem to find himself in the most dire of situations. (Love the eyeballs).

Your other post was lovely too - such a sweet memory!

  13. What's a good limerick without an ogre? I missed a few and I really hate to. Jack and Ms Witch brings me back into the real world. :)

  14. I love your talent for the macabre! When I need a dark side fix, I know where to get it. Funny poem, and the illustration goes with it perfectly. I love that the only dark spots are the eye sockets and the ogre's mouth!

  17. Love this! You must be very popular with the kids in your neighborhood. I find that kids loooove dark humor; their senses of humor can be pretty sophisticated at times!

  18. Heh, I am giggling - which is very unlike me :) Well I like the scary and the funny mixed togather, it makes us laugh all the more. The words and image fit so well. I like comedy, it's very interesting how human minds work, eh?

  19. Yikes!
This indeed is something totally different than the other post you did on the theme 'ferocious', wich was beuatiful (the artwork and the sad story). This one made me laugh, real nice one.
