And a sweet confection it is! Lovely color choices.
Thanks, Jeanie! One can't go wrong with a pink balloon (especially when it matches the inside of one's ears) ;)
Beautiful! I love the color on the toned paper, and wonderful composition too! Too cute.
Glad you like, Cindy :) Thanks!
Hello Elizabeth. Just Beautiful.Helen xx
Helen, I always love it when your discerning eye thinks so :)
This is so lovely and sweet! Love the textured paper!
aaaww that is just lovely !!
I love that you think so! Thanks!
This is lovely, good job.
Thanks, Tanya! And thanks for stopping by :)
Thanks, Judy :)
Awww, this is so cute. Lovely drawing.
Thanks, Ann :)
Ooooooo....sweet as pie, Elizabeth! I want to chase that balloon with Mr. Bunny too! SWEET! Anita
Isn't it fun to draw balloons? You should know, A., because you do it so well :) ;)
Everything you draw makes me happy. :)
This comment makes me VERY happy!! Thank you! :)
Sweet!And the colours really pop!
Thanks Koosje! Better that the colors pop than the balloon! ;)
Truly a confection! The balloon is bubble bum pink. :)
...and I LOVE bubble gum! ;)
this is so cute....love it!
Oh no! Poor bunny! A lovely image. I really like the background paper choice.
Yes, poor little bunny :( I haven't decided if he catches it or not ;)Thanks, Helen!
Bunny received some great balloons from his friends at family planning..he preferred the pink ones to the black ribbed version!
You are a bad boy, Mr. MacGregor. However, bunny family planning IS important.
So sweet! I hope he catches it :)
Thanks, Susanna! I haven't decided yet ;)
Very beautiful colours. The crying when the balloon drifts away! I've seen parents and passing pedestrians almost jump for a cargo truck, offering their future, in order to catch a drifting balloon and hand it back to a shocked child. Horror and despair! Luckily just out of sight of your drawing, to the right, there is a bigger bunny who catches the balloon. I'm very grateful, Elizabeth, you don't leave us crying for the bunny.Because if that is your intention...I....will....(lets stop here) ;-)
I'm so glad Bunny's plight has spurred on your imagination, Paula! Pretty fun!
Very cute rabbit. I would be very sad to loose such a beautiful balloon.
I agree, Katrin...It's so PINK! :)
Very nice! I particularly like your choice in paper. But how dare people smile at the bunny's loss. Just think what he must be going through, the poor thing... ;-)
Yes, poor little bunny. But, fear not. Bunny is of little brain, so by now I'm sure he is gone off on to the next thing. What, I wonder, could that be? Hmmm...maybe some fodder for 5 Minute Fiction? ;)
Poor bun! Great storytelling!!! Really love that combination of that gorgeous, textured paper with that spot of color & white.
Glad you like my combo, Mit! It makes for a happy bunny :) Thanks!
I had that happen to me
Me, too. Sigh.
Awwwww! Come on, little fella, reach! Reeeeeeeeeeeaaaaach! Use those ears! Aww, phooey. I hate when that happens. A few months ago, at a graduation ceremony, someone brought a HUGE mylar balloon for the graduate. You know it had to cost a bundle because it was ginormous and fancy. But it was windy that day and the thing blew away before the ceremony even started. :(
Pure tragedy :(
So lovely! :D
Thank you, Marisa! :D
I'm the perpetual optimist. I reckon the balloon has been hypnotised by the bunny, and is coming down to him. The pink is the clue ... he's playing the balloon by ear.
Yes! I like how you think, John :)
Sweet! I just love the gentle quality of this illustration.
Hey Lisa! Thanks so much...I'm so glad you do :)
omg... This is unbelievably cute!!!! Bunny's top is adorable! :)
As I've always said, you can't go wrong with stripes! Thanks, James!
This is dorable. I love the pink balloon and ears!! ♥
I mean adorable.Sorry for my typing.
This would make a great Easter illustration.
