Piggy has enough meat on the bone. He shouldn't worry.
No doubt you are correct, Paula ;)
I was thinking the same: enough belly fat! :) A lovely drawing!
Thanks, Judy! He is rather a porky little piggie.
I'm with Piggie - snow pants would really help! Axxx
At the moment, in the depths of winter, I am inclined to agree with you , Annie! Thanks for stopping by!
Haha, I am assuming that piggie is a girl!!!:)
Just seen it 'He had pants'!...I am now assuming he is a boy!!
Astute observations, as ever, Mr. MacGregor.
Awww, love this little character. Great how you got him peeping from under the hat!
Thanks, Anns :) He's SO trying to stay warm!
Oh yes little Piggie, one must never, ever go out in this weather not fully equipped! Nothing like a wet bum to ruin one's day! teehee...go out and get yourself a pair of PINK snow pants! LOVE ! ANita
Hahaha! Anita! Teehee--I love it! PINK!
What a cutie!
Hi Beth. I started chuckling as soon as I saw Piggy. His ears and face are so expressive! Love him.
Surely a compliment from the creator of the GOOSE (and cows)!! I'll TAKE it! :)
Hahaha, so adorable! I wish that squeezable piggie face was not so sad, but lack of pants can cause melancholy in the staunchest of us! I love his hat and scarf and boots!
Thanks, Cindy! I so love your comments!
Poor Piggie! I imagine he's a bit chilled in certain areas....
I think you are quite right, Mit. Bring on the snow pants! ;)
Poor Chilly Piggie! Yar he need some snow pants! :) So cute. I hope you're going to illustrate a book for me someday, Beth - I love your art so much! :)
Susanna...you make me blush...and happy :) Thank you!
Thank you , Cheryl!
I absolutely love this!
Dawn! I can always count on you :)
This is the holiday season. Surely someone will come through for Piggie.
Carolyn...hahaha...no doubt they will. :)
Now Piggie's worst nightmare that he would go outside to play without his pants has come true!! How embarrassing!
Yes...we've all been there in nightmareland, haven't we! I'm trying not to think about it ;)
oh Elizabeth, he is so adorable! I love him. I will get him some pants.
Piggie will be so grateful... Thank you :)
Oh, of only little piggies could grow a nice coat of warm fur!
Alas! They are piggies...so I'm afraid it's out of the question. Sigh.
Ah, but then we couldn't see his cute little belly! ;)
So true, R. So true. ;)
I do not know if to laugh or feel sorry for this little piggie, hahaha! So cute!
Thanks, Yara...me neither ;)
Oh no...such a sad little face. He does a lovely cozy hat though. Beautiful illustration!
As ever...thanks Claire!
He is great. Some piggies just don't like the cold, with or without pants. His mother put him outside saying that snow is so much fun. He just doesn't see it yet. I think a friend would help.
I think you are right. I'll get right on it ;) !
My little piggies wish they had some new socks and boots!
Christmas is coming... ;)
There was a young Piggie, in boots,Who foolishly raised a few hoots!when he went pant-less in snow,it caused him to glowfrom his tail to the tips of roots!
Awesome, John! Big smiles all 'round for this!
Piggie is great love your style!
Thank you, Cindy! And thanks for stopping by :)
Oh ...so Adorable Piggy! Lovely !
Hey, Joyeeta! Piggie and I say, "thank you!" :)
Haha, I love the hat pulled down over the eyes :) Merry Christmas Elizabeth. I hope you have a wonderbah silly season!!
Right back atcha, Andrew!
Brrrrr! Poor piggy. Beautifully illustrated, maybe you can draw him some woolly pants. Merry Christmas!
Yes, I think he needs some! Thanks, Amalou!
Love the expression you have created.I totally agree with the others- he shouldn't go out in the snow unless fully dressed.
glad you like him, Sue and, yes, he needs to be more appropriately dressed ;)
OMG, he is cute!!! Happy Holidays.
Thanks, Nora! Happy Holidays to YOU!
Aww, poor little chilly bottom!! So cute, as always! :)
Chilly little piggy bottom ;) Thank, Laurie!
And this cute little piggy is just adorable! He has such a wonderful story to share. Love it!
Thanks so much, Vanessa!
My SIL, a farmers wife, made the mistake one year of giving the pigs a shower every time she watered her herb garden that she planted close to the pen. She got too fond of them...
Hmmm...there's a story in there, methinks.
I love him! He makes me feel cool (I'm sure wishing for snow right now). Great!
Thanks, Jane! I hope you get your wish :)
Well, get hims some! What are you waiting for? o you want poor piggy to freeze to death?
I can only paint so fast, U. If he freezes, it means he'll keep til spring. I can thaw him out then. ;)
So adorable!! Love the red boot!
Glad you like! I am very fond of red boots, too ;)
I feel for him. I really do. He'll lose the curl in his tail if he stays out in that snow.
I think he'll lose more than his curl...;) Thanks for stopping by Rhissanna!
I've done that. Get all excited and run outdoors without me britches. Then I have to go take a mid-term I haven't studied for while in the nude. Oh wait... that's a dream I keep having.
Thank you, Diana!
Cute pig....chilly, but cute :)
Thanks, Nancy...for the warm comment ;) :)
Piggie is so adorable - love the red boots. I can imagine she would like to have pants - maybe I got a spare one in my closet...
Send 'em on over! Piggie would appreciate it ;)
