  3. Haha, this is so funny! We all wonder how our children will become. He has the sweet, shy mouth of his father, but I wonder how his mother looks. Bye!

    1. Thanks, Anita. Yes, Henny is tickled at being up on the virtual book stands. Her true, physical, debut is still January. Still seems so far off. sigh.

  9. This really made me laugh as I often get my rather rigidly-taught little English learners to draw what I tell them - and I often say 'He's very tall, he has a large head, three eyes, big ears and spiky hair'! They baulk at the three eyes usually but then get into the spirit of it! Like you have! Axxx

    1. Thanks, Annie! I figure, if two are good, then three must be better! And who doesn't want to be purple? I love your creativity in prompting your kids :)

  12. Hey, it's a pic of my old boss! That guy was nothing short of a monster. So happy I left that job, and still hold dear the look on his face when I gave him my two weeks notice. It's something that I'll always treasure...

    1. No doubt all his eyes were wide with disbelief. I hope your new boss isn't purple.

  13. The great ideas that POP into the noggin are always the best ones, and the ones to be trusted, because you are experiencing them in the same fresh way that an outside viewer first sees them. Ya can't force the good stuff, it just POPS.

These two great characters have story potential, Liz. Does he keep him under the bed or in the closet?? I'm talking about where 3 eyes keeps baldy. ha.
