Hold Your Horses!

I'm realizing how much fun it is to do quick sketches in ink. I usually sketch in pencil and then, if I like the direction it's going in, I start going over it in pen.  I've decided to be wild and crazy and not do that any more for a while...
Here's a little something that popped out last night...

  1. Oh I needed a chuckle...thanks Elizabeth! I'm in artist procrastination mode and it's making me all slumpy...need to kick it into gear!
In my art classes the students do all their drawing with a Sharpe...at first they're nervous but after a while their confidence it built up and they become quite proficient at it, it's fun to watch the transformation. If they draw a line they don't like they have to turn it into something else...no scribbling and no second sheets of paper, it truly helps their creativity to blossom and grow...so they can be just like you!
I'm going to see if some of my horses will go for a ride now!
    Enjoy the sunny weekend...

  9. Hahaha, good one! I love the expression on the girls face vs. the expressions on the horses. Makes me chuckle.

  10. Well, speaking on behalf of most of the rest of the human race here – I wish I could just ‘pop out’ little something’s like this before beddy-byes. Pamela’s ‘crazy’ expression is epic.
